		<description>Indeed that was the race! I really liked how all of the plates and utensils were recyclable; I wish the public schools would use materials like that, but I&#039;ve heard that the prices run higher.</description>

And if more of us buy from companies that are taking steps to be more environmentally responsible, we send a signal to all companies.
